Crossings Community

Lethbridge, AB – 2008

Lombard North Group was responsible for the landscape design and development of the traffic islands, boulevards and storm pond at The Crossings residential community development.  The storm pond is a focal point and is centrally located adjacent to a residential community, a multi-family complex, commercial district and two high schools. The design of the storm pond includes pathways, water access for emergency and maintenance vehicles, viewpoints and a plaza space which provide pedestrian connectivity while the landscaping details thematically compliment the character of The Crossings community.
